DM Home Improvements LLC ("DM Home Improvements", "we", "us") is a home remodeling company based in Norcross, Georgia. You can reach us at dmimproves@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you request an estimate through a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your mobile number, name, the type of project, your ZIP code, and optionally your email address and any notes. We also record which page and form the request came from, any campaign tags in the page address, and whether you agreed to receive text messages, so we know how you found us and how we may contact you.
Please do not send payment card details or other sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, schedule your estimate, prepare your quote, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Your details are handled by DM Home Improvements LLC and by the service providers that help us run the business, such as our marketing agency, form and automation tools, and our email and text messaging providers. They process your information on our behalf only. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages

How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests as long as we need them to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations. Consent and opt-out records are kept as the law requires.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
